With All-on-4 and All-on-6, a full fixed set of teeth is supported by four or six implants respectively. The bridge is fixed in place and is not removed by the patient. If clinically necessary, it can be removed by the dentist. That means no more removable denture shifting around while you eat or talk.
The bridge is made from monolithic zirconia: strong, durable and natural-looking. You get a stable bite back, so you can eat and smile in comfort.
Who is it for?
All-on-4 or All-on-6 may suit you if you have few or no natural teeth left, badly worn teeth, or you simply no longer want to wear a removable denture. During the consultation we assess your situation and talk you honestly through the option that is the best medical fit for you.

How does the treatment work?
The exact route and the total duration vary from person to person. Below is an example of the treatment journey. Your personal steps are set out in your treatment plan.
Consultation, 3D scan and treatment plan
Consultation + 3D scan/X-ray. You receive a personal treatment plan with a clear price.
If needed: extractions
Teeth that cannot be saved are removed. A healing period and a check-up appointment follow.
Placing the implants
The 4 or 6 implants are placed in the jaw.
Healing period of about 3–4 months
During this period the implants fuse with the jawbone. Good healing comes first here.
Final fixed zirconia bridge
Your final fixed bridge of monolithic zirconia is fitted. This usually takes 2–4 appointments, spread over roughly 4–6 weeks.
What suits you?
Missing several teeth, or almost all of them?
Do you wear a denture or an overdenture that slips or hurts when you eat? A fixed set of teeth on German implants is usually possible. And you do not have to travel abroad for it: treatment, check-ups and aftercare all happen here in South Limburg.
One or a few teeth
Missing one or a few teeth? Then a single implant with a crown, or a conventional bridge, is often a better fit than a full implant bridge. See our dental implants.

Have you lost most or all of your teeth, or had enough of your removable denture? Then All-on-4 or All-on-6 can give you a full, fixed set of teeth on implants again.
