At Platinum Dental, we strive to provide you with the best possible dental care in a safe and professional environment. Our patients' satisfaction is our top priority. However, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied with a treatment or our service.
We greatly appreciate it if you discuss your complaint, comment, or suggestion with us first. In many cases, an open and personal conversation can clarify any misunderstandings and lead to a suitable solution together. Moreover, your feedback helps us to continuously improve our care and service.
In the unlikely event that we cannot reach a solution together, you can make use of an independent complaints procedure.

Independent Complaint Handling
If you do not wish to or cannot discuss the complaint with us, or if you desire independent support, you can contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. Klachtenportaal Zorg is an external organization to which we are affiliated to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints about our care.
Once you have submitted your complaint or dissatisfaction, Klachtenportaal Zorg assesses whether it meets the conditions for processing and which procedure is appropriate. If any information is missing or unclear, they will contact you to complete the file and ensure that the complaints procedure is correctly initiated.
Advice and Support
Would you like advice on how to deal with a situation you are dissatisfied with? Even then, you can contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. In that case, you are not yet starting a formal procedure.
